Ebonee Kiss accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master card, and Discover.
We're sorry, we do not accept the following methods of payment:
Cods, personal checks, money orders, credit cards with billing address outside the United States .
During your check out process you will be sent to Pay pal to process your payment.
Please Note: that it is not necessary to have a pay pal account to complete your transaction. You will be given the opportunity to pay through your Pay pal account or use your credit card without a Pay Pal account. However your payment will be processed through pay pal on our behalf.

Order Status
ORDER STATUS:
Generally orders are processed within 24 hrs,However please allow up to 48hrs to process your order. This process time includes payment and usually shipping (unless there are payment or transaction errors or problems). You will receive a notification email when your order has been processed.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order Processing, Delivery and Shipping Charges (U.S. Orders including PO Box, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories) All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping charges start at our FLAT RATE $6.95 and can decrease with the weight of your order.
Currently we do not offer 2nd day air and overnight shipping. (We will be offering this feature in the future thanks for your patience.)
*All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. If your order cannot be processed, an email notice will be sent to advise.

Shipping Rules and restrictions
Overnight and 2nd Day Priority shipping methods are not available for U.S. Territories and certain locations in Alska and Hawaii. If you have any questions concerning the shipment of your order, please contact us via Email
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO / FPO addresses must be sent via the United States Postal Service.
Some items sold by Ebonee Kiss Cosmetics Online require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipping for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Ebonee Kiss.com, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If you feel the products you received from our Online Store do not meet this expectation, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase. If you prefer, you may exchange your purchase for other Ebonee Kiss products.Please follow the instructions on the invoice enclosed with your order to complete your return or exchange. A pre-printed label is provided for your convenience.
We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice.
We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.

DAMAGES:
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced
